Jessica is a licensed Tattoo Artist and Certified Permanent Makeup Artist located in Davenport, Iowa.

Working in the beauty industry since 2004, including over a decade as a freelance makeup artist, I became a certified Permanent Makeup Artist and Licensed Tattoo Artist in 2019 following my initial hands on training in Chicago. Very quickly after my initial training, I completed additional education, training and certifications to reinforce my knowledge in brow artistry, microblading and permanent makeup.

My first studio space for J Friedrichs opened at the end of 2019, survived a Covid shut down in 2020, then went on to finish 2020 on a high note!

Late in 2020, I discovered a more delicate style of fine line or single needle tattooing and quickly became obsessed. In March of 2021 I traveled to Utah to do a hands on training with an artist in this style and I am so grateful I did. Not long after returning to my studio, I began offering Fine Line Tattoos. I am so thankful for all those that have supported me as I have continued to learn and grow in this art and I can’t WAIT to continue to challenge myself and push for growth.

I am fully certified, licensed, insured and EXCITED to welcome you to my studio in Bettendorf, Iowa.
